Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Secure Your Jewelry
Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent any damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
